Gamma-Aminobutytic Acid (GABA)
GABA is an important neurotransmitter that regulates the nervous system.
There are two receptors of GABA, one of which is responsible for anxiety, while the other helps control muscle tone. It also helps regulate muscle movements and muscle contractions.
To understand what GABA does, we need to first understand what neurotransmitters do. Neurotransmitters are chemicals that relay messages from one neuron to another one. One neurotransmitter can have a number of functions in the brain, but it always does these three things:
1) Create a connection between two neurons
2) Carry electrical signals across the gap between neurons
3) Turn off the signal when it is done.
GABA limits the strength of all signals that come into the neuron. This keeps your brain from being overstimulated by too many electrical signals at once, so you don’t get overwhelmed or stressed out.

Zenium Anxiety Dosages
Zenium’s dosages are not transparent. Due to Zenium Anxiety supplement being in a proprietary blend, there is no way to know how much of each ingredient that you are getting.

How much of that factors into each ingredient? It isn’t clear. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting so how can you know how effective it really is overall?

Zenium Side Effects?

It’s also believed that the side effects of taking GABA are minimal and safe for most people, but this isn’t always true.
GABA also has the potential to cause:
-
Upset Stomach
-
Headaches
-
Sleepiness
-
Muscle Weakness
It’s also not wise to combine GABA with something like alcohol as this can lead to too much of it in your system.
Zenium Supplement Reviews Summary
In summary, Zenium is not the best supplement for anxiety on the market. Although it has some good ingredients which can help reduce overall stress and anxiety, there are some issues here with side effects (potentially from the GABA) and the proprietary blends.
The proprietary blend in a supplement is never a good look. You don’t know how much of each ingredient there is in the supplement – and then you are encouraging people to use it without divulging that information?
It’s not the best practice. There are better options out there on the market if you are willing to put in the time to research them.
